GOSH YPAG member Suki talks about a recent collaboration with UCL Division of Psychiatry

By London YPAG,

This week I, along with 8 other GOSH YPAG members was given the opportunity to represent GOSH YPAG in an online lecture on children and young people’s mental health. Working with a team at UCL MSc in mental health sciences in the Division of Psychiatry; helping them devise information sheets and consent forms. We gave feedback to the MSc students on their work; thus proposing a different perspective (viewpoint and age groups) and making it suitable for younger patients. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience – it gave me the chance to collaborate with the students to understand the area they are researching and give one-to-one opinions on their work. I really hope our feedback helps their research.
